Notes before installation
1. Tip 1: Test before installation
Do not remove any protective film or labels when testing. Please pay attention to static electricity.
Before attempting any repair, be sure to ground yourself with an ESD (electrostatic discharge) strap. This will prevent static electricity from damaging the electronic components within the phone.
Be sure to wear eye protection and be careful not to cut your fingers with the glass shards.
2. Tip 2: Simulated testing
Screen replacement is a very fragile product. We strongly recommend testing before installation. Please perform a simulated test. This means disassembling the mobile phone (motherboard + LCD or screen), connecting the audio cable and replacing the new cable, powering it on and completing the test. If the test is successful, please install the cable. If not, please contact us immediately. Please do not force installation into the mobile phone. We will not be responsible once the screen is installed.
3. Tip 3: Do not over-bend the cable
Make sure the LCD cable is not over-bent. Bending over 90 degrees will result in a black display.
