How long does a repair take?

Many repairs are carried out by us as an express service, often on the same day. We will inform you of the exact duration after a free diagnosis.

What does the diagnostic cost?

The diagnosis is free of charge. We'll tell you the fair fixed price beforehand, and you can then decide at your leisure.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Just visit our branches in 1050 Margareten or 1090 Alsergrund without an appointment.

Do I get a warranty on the repair?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on every repair.

Will my data be saved?

In most cases, yes. We handle your device with care. However, we always recommend backing up your data beforehand.

Can I also send in my device?

Yes, from all over Austria. Send us your device, we'll repair it, and send it back to you safely.
