iPhone 16 & iPhone 17 Display Replacement in Vienna: Original vs. Compatible Spare Parts

A brief moment of inattention, your phone slips from your hand, and the display of your brand-new iPhone resembles a spiderweb. Now, you need a quick fix. But before a display replacement, many Viennese face the question: Is the expensive route to Apple worth it, or is an independent workshop the better choice? We explain the differences in spare parts.

Original, Refurbished, or Compatible OLED?

At CLICK INTERNET, we offer maximum transparency and various quality levels to help you save money:

Original Displays: These offer the exact same colors, contrasts, and brightness values as on day one. Perfect for those who want no compromises.
Premium OEM / Refurbished: These are original Apple panels where only the broken front glass has been replaced with new, scratch-resistant glass. You get original image quality at a significantly lower price.
Compatible HQ-OLEDs: An excellent, budget-friendly alternative. The color reproduction is extremely close to the original, perfect for everyday use.

What happens to FaceID and TrueTone?

Many customers worry that after a repair, important functions like facial recognition (FaceID) or automatic color adjustment (TrueTone) will no longer work. Since Apple pairs the displays with the motherboard via a software chip, our certified technicians in 1050 and 1090 Vienna use special programming devices. We transfer the serial numbers of your old display to the new component – ensuring your iPhone remains fully functional!

For your iPhone display replacement, simply come directly to CLICK INTERNET. In just 30 to 60 minutes, your smartphone will be like new again – without weeks of waiting for an appointment.
